By understanding where we are at, we can become empowered to bring in self-care on a spiritual level.

In this session, we will:

Explore the 7th Chakra (The Crown);
Discover what is looks like when it is balanced;
Understand how it manifests when it is unbalanced;
Experience a sound healing to bring that chakra back into balance and alignment; and
Leave with some practical exercises to help maintain harmony in that chakra.
