This is a series of 8 online sessions – one for each session, and a final full chakra alignment session.

Though an inner journey through this ancient wisdom system, we will deeply explore a chakra each week.

By understanding where we are at, we can become empowered to bring in self-care on a spiritual level.

In this session, we will:

Explore the 7th Chakra (The Crown);
Discover what is looks like when it is balanced;
Understand how it manifests when it is unbalanced;
Experience a sound healing to bring that chakra back into balance and alignment; and
Leave with some practical exercises to help maintain harmony in that chakra.

This is part of a series, and if you would like to book in for all 8 of them, designed in such a way that each builds on the previous. It is recommended that you attend all of them. If you would like to save $30, then please click here to book in for all 8 – I will manually send you the information required.
