Though an inner journey through this ancient wisdom system, we will deeply explore a chakra each week.

By understanding where we are at, we can become empowered to bring in self-care on a spiritual level.

In this session, we will:

Revisit all the chakras
Experience an extended sound healing to bring that chakra back into balance and alignment; and
Leave with some practical exercises to help maintain harmony in that chakra.
