Treat yourself this Silly Season to the gift of Self-Care by joining us at I am Mind Body Soul Wellness Hub for a 7 week dive into the Chakra system.

✨ Allow yourself to have one hour a week where it is all about YOU. Escape the crazy by dropping in and drifting off into blissful relaxation through meditation, sound & energy healing.
Over the 7 weeks you will tap into each Chakra space, allowing the process to heal, balance and transform your life, unlocking your full potential, aligning mind, body & spirit.

✨ Each week, you’ll dive into the unique energy of a different chakra, guided by your expert SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapist. Through a combination of soothing sound frequencies and personalized energy work, you’ll experience profound shifts, leaving you feeling revitalized, balanced, and deeply connected to your true self.

✨By gifting yourself (or somebody else) these sessions you may notice the most amazing benefits -

💜 Release Stress and Tension: Melt away stress and anxiety, finding peace and calm that extends beyond the meditation room.

💜 Enhance Physical Wellness: Promote better sleep, increased energy, and overall vitality by aligning your chakras.

💜 Elevate Your Spirit: Deepen your spiritual connection and discover insights that guide you on your path to enlightenment.

Whether you're seeking to heal, grow, or simply explore the deeper aspects of yourself, this series will provide the tools and support you need to live a more balanced, vibrant, and fulfilled life.
