Chakra Shuddhi is an ancient tantric and kundalini Yoga practice. Its purpose is to purify and transform the chakras (psychic centers) within the subtle energetic body, leading to deep relaxation, meditation, and spiritual growth.

What to expect:

Yin Yoga serves to prime the body, easing tension to cultivate tranquility and presence. It paves the way for deeper chakra awareness and understanding. In a state of stillness and comfort, Axel will lead you through a comprehensive Yoga Nidra practice, utilizing the Chakra Shuddhi techniques, intertwining imagery, symbols, and mantra to cleanse and balance each chakra.

What to Bring:

Mats and props are provided with a limited number, so please bring your own if you have any.
Water bottle, comfy clothes you can move in, and a journal/pen to record any insights.
