Chakra Spring Cleanse is a half-day deep, energetic, cleansing experience. You will experience a total cleansing throughout all layers of your body; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You will come away feeling renewed and regenerated!

KUNDALINI YOGA - is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises, and yoga poses. Kundalini yoga is practised to activate the energy, that moves up and through the chakras. As Kundalini energy rises, it balances the chakras and contributes to your spiritual wellness.

SOUND HEALING - is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.

CACAO - opens your heart, the gateway to hear your inner spirit and wisdom.

10.00am - Arriving, opening circle, intension setting, cacao ceremony
11.00am - Kundalini Chakra Cleansing yoga practice
12.30pm - Sound Healing
1.30pm - Closing circle, sharing

Petra - is a Certified Sound Healer and Therapist, Reiki Master, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga Teacher, Cacao Ceremonialist, Musician and Group Facilitator. She has been a musician all her life, then starting her Yogic studies over 8 years ago evolved into a deeper interest in Sound and Vibrational Medicine. Sound and Intention = Healing, this resonated deeply!

Tracey - is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, NLP Practitioner, Conscious Business Coaching and Mentor. She has practised yoga and meditation for 20 years. She has a deep love and resonance with the Kundalini practice, and teaches at different studios on the Gold Coast.
