Chakra Vocal Toning & Sound Healing

What is Vocal Toning?

Research shows that our voice is the most powerful sound healing instrument!

Vocal toning is where we create vocal sounds to facilitate the healing process. These sounds can resonate with our physical and energy bodies.

During this session we use 'vowel' sounds along with the 7 chakra crystal singing bowls.  There is no language or words to use so it is accessible to all. You do not need to be able to sing, just make the vocal vowel sound. We can direct these vowel sounds to different energy centres in the body which can bring balance and healing to that area. This is a safe environment for you to use your voice with no judgement.

What are Chakras?

The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. You've probably heard people talk about "unblocking" their chakras, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy.

This session is 30min Chakra toning followed by a 30min Sound Bath with the Crystal Singing Bowls, wind gong and chimes.

For the vocal toning part you will be required to sit in a seated position. You are welcome to do this sitting on your mat or in a chair. Then you can lay down for the Sound Bath.

This event is upstairs in the hall where there is heating. (Winter only)

Bookings are essential. 

Spaces are limited to 12 only.

This is an Adults only event.

SCHEDULE-

• ARRIVAL - doors open 6.40pm

Please arrive on time.  The doors will close at 6.55pm ready to start at 7pm sharp.  Once the doors are closed you will not be able to enter.

• 7pm - Sound Journey
• 8.15pm - Finish

WHAT TO BRING -

• Something to lay on.   Please bring a thick matt/mattress.  Its important for you to be comfortable so that you can relax
• Cushion/pillow
• Blanket
• Water Bottle
• Eye pillow or scarf to cover eyes
• Wear comfortable clothing
