With the change in seasons, naturally comes a shift in energy. As we transition to Spring, take a moment to pause, reflect, and realign.
An opportunity to check in with yourself, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and create space for growth and aligned action.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and intention setting, you’ll feel grounded, connected, and ready to embrace the coming months with clarity and purpose.
Guided by universal reiki energy and the principles of yoga, we’ll move through:
✨ Meditation – Allow your body to rest as your energy settles into stillness, creating space in the mind as you learn to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
✨ Movement – A gentle chakra yoga sequence to balance and activate your energy centers, creating space in the body and supporting the natural flow of energy.
✨ Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening ritual to seal your intentions, deepen self-connection, and align your actions moving forward.
