Come, join me for a journey within.

Practicing Chakradance™ can help tune and balance your whole body/mind/spirit system using spontaneous dance, guided imagery, and music that is specifically composed to resonate deeply with each in turn of the seven major chakras. Unlike most other dance practices, Chakradance™ is about making a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition, and senses. Set in a sacred space, we move with our eyes closed and let the energy take us over. It is like entering into a waking dream.

This is an introductory workshop that is part of a 9-week awakening series. You will get to tap into and balance each of the 7 chakras. The workshop also involves an opening and closing meditation, sitting and sharing(not compulsory) in a sacred circle, and a creative exercise based on mandala art.
Duration: 1.5 hours

No skill of dancing or art is necessary. Chakradance is a surprisingly effective, anyone-can-do-it, way to de-stress, gain insight and rebalance your inner energies.

All materials are provided. All you need to bring is your curiosity and an open heart. Wear something comfortable and let's dance together to the rhythm of our souls.

At the end of the workshop, there will be tea offered for those who would like to stay for a little longer to connect with one another.

Booking is essential. Spaces are limited. This practice was designed for age 18+.

About me:

I have been passionate about dance all my life and with 13 years of experience in; ballet, contemporary, and jazz I have found dancing to be a powerful partnership of physical and emotional release.

In the past decade, I have been exploring different ways to nurture my connection with the inner self and have come to believe the body is a sacred portal into one’s soul and subconscious.

Thus when I discovered Chakradance I felt right at home with the practice. It has been invaluable on my own journey of healing & personal growth and has been transforming my life like no other.

My intention is to facilitate a safe and sacred space for all to tap into the deeper parts of themselves.

I can`t wait to share the beauty and magic this practice has to offer.
