Guided by experienced Chakradance facilitator, Kinesiologist & Wellness centre owner, Janelle Green, this Chakradance Journey is for a small group of likeminded men and women who are ready to undertake deep inner transformational work in a supportive spiritual space to uncover their authentic selves through movement.

Using music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, free-form dance, guided imagery, and mandala art, we will explore and balance your chakra system during the full day of immersion.

Dance experience is 100000% not required and there is no routine or performance, this is all about you and your journey. In order to create a safe space for self-expression and release you will be blindfolded during the dancing part of the journey. No one will be looking at you and you will not get caught in comparison mode, a rare powerful state to be in!

Chakradance is about letting your body move freely to the rhythm of the music and the flow of the energy in the room.

A well known Healer, Mentor, Wellness space owner and Workshop facilitator, you can find her transforming her clients lives at her wellness space, Element wellness and Healing in St Kilda, Melbourne Australia. She is a little truck with big wheels, has a lot of energy and finds excitement in the smallest of things! She communicates with Spiritual Straight Talk, you won’t find any fluff with her.

Once a Corporate Events Manager, the trajectory of her life took a drastic turn when she decided that world was filling the wrong cup, her ego was loving it but her heart yearned for something else. In 2013 she heard a loud “voice” telling her to study Kinesiology & thankfully she listened!

Like many healers she has lived a colourful life, full of challenging lessons and lots of growth. Her years of “doing the work” has resulted in lots of personal growth making her a truly empathetic healer & has her confidently standing in her sovereignty. Her intuitive wisdom runs deep and she has spent many years mastering her gift. It is her life mission to guide people to live a life of lightness, empower them to shine bright and in turn teaching them to do the same for others.
