Chakradance™ The 7 Keys to Freedom

Dance yourself to life...

Take a moment for yourself and step into a journey of music, movement and self-discovery.

The 7 Keys to Freedom is an introduction to Chakradance™, exploring all seven chakras through intuitive dance, guided imagery and music created for each chakra. From grounding rhythms to spacious, meditative sounds, you are invited to listen to your body and follow what unfolds.

Together, we’ll move through meditation, dance and mandala art-making, with time to reflect and gently integrate your experience.

Held by Lilaea van der See, an Artist and Chakradance™ Facilitator with 20 years of experience, this welcoming session is open to newcomers and those returning to the practice. No dance or art experience is needed. Move in your own way, at your own pace.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a willingness to explore.

A moment to reconnect. A space to be yourself.
