The Sacral Chakra is connected with our emotions, senses, creativity, pleasure and our capacity to move with life rather than always trying to control it.

It’s the part of us that reminds us we’re allowed to feel, enjoy, desire, create and respond to what’s happening in the moment. Rather than always analysing, planning or trying to get things right, the Sacral Chakra invites us to experience life through our senses, emotions and movement.

In this Chakradance™ session, we’ll explore the energy of the Sacral Chakra through free-form movement, music, guided visualization and mandala art. There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow.

You’ll be invited to close your eyes, connect with the music and allow your body to move in whatever way feels natural to you. Through flowing rhythms and sounds connected with the Sacral Chakra, we’ll explore what happens when we give ourselves permission to feel, move, express and experience... without needing to get it right.
