Chakradance™ – Solar Plexus Chakra | Own Your Power

How often do you make yourself smaller without even realising it?

You say yes when you want to say no. You question decisions you've already made. You hold back what you really think. Sometimes, you find yourself looking for permission or approval instead of trusting your own choices.

What if you could explore what it feels like to take up space, trust yourself and move through life with more confidence?

The Solar Plexus Chakra is connected to our sense of self, confidence, self-worth, personal power and our ability to make choices that feel true to who we are.

But owning your power isn't about being fearless, controlling everything or becoming someone you're not.

It's about reconnecting with yourself, recognising your own voice and remembering that you have choices.

Through Chakradance™, we'll explore these themes using free-form movement, chakra-focused music, guided visualisation and mandala art.

Rather than trying to think your way into confidence, this session invites you to explore what personal power feels like in your body.

And no, you don't need to know how to dance! There are no steps to learn, no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. You simply close your eyes, listen to the music and allow your body to move in whatever way feels natural to you.

Your personal power isn't something you need to earn, prove or find outside yourself.

Sometimes, it's simply about remembering that you already have a voice, choices and the freedom to be yourself.

I would love to share this experience with you. 💛
