Chakradance™ with Conny is dance therapy for the soul. It is a moving meditation using music that resonates with each of the 7 main chakras.

During September and October Conny will be at The Farm for Wellbeing offering Chakradance™ with Conny sessions. We will take the opportunity to enjoy the Spring weather and dance outside. Should the weather be inclement we will move into the Luna Tent.

Each week we will focus on a different chakra:

Week 1 Awaken Your Chakras - An introduction to Chakradance™ with a dance through all 7 main chakras from Base to Crown.

Week 2 Base Chakra - The Dance of Mother Earth - Feel more alive and vibrant, more in tune with your body and your environment. Experience Mother Earth with all of your senses.

Week 3 Sacral Chakra - The Dance of Sensuality. Associated with our emotional life and sexuality. Connect with your Inner Feminine energy.

Week 4 Solar Plexus Chakra - The Dance of Power. Connect with your innate Masculine energy. Burn off old perceptions, beliefs and energies.

Week 5 Heart Chakra - The Dance of Love. Invite in Love and Compassion and experience a real sense of beauty and freedom.

Week 6 Throat Chakra - The Dance of Expression. Tune into the power of vibrations and open up to communication on a different level.

Week 7 Third Eye Chakra - The Dance of Intuition. Focus on your inner vision and help develop your trust in your inner guidance.

Week 8 Crown Chakra - The Dance of the Soul. Deepen your connection to your spirituality and bring a sense of the sacred to your life.

Each session includes short meditations and an exercise in Mandala Art to integrate your experiences through the Dance.
