Chakradance™ is a dance practice for the soul. It combines spontaneous dance, guided imagery and music to promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “well-being”.

Chakradance™ is unique as it's a cross between dynamic meditation and dance. It is extremely therapeutic, although not in an analytical way. The key to it's healing power is the experience itself. Chakradance™ truly integrates body and soul.

Balancing the chakras leads to many benefits, including better relationships, improved confidence and self esteem, emotional health, enhanced creativity, and heightened inspiration and clarity. But the biggest benefit of all is the absolute freedom to be yourself!

Chakradance™ with Conny is suitable for men and women aged 16 to 90 years old. You dance in a darkened room or with eye masks to bring focus within and then allow the music to move you in whichever way feels good.
