INVITATION TO CHAKRADANCE "FREEDOM" 2 HOUR IMMERSION.

Experience the healing power of CHAKRADANCE in a safe group setting within the sanctuary of the Om Movement yoga studio in Hornsby on the 23rd of Sept at 7pm.

This CHAKRADANCE immersion guides you into your own inner dance of RELEASE and RECONNECTION! You will dance with your eyes softly closed so that you turn your awareness INWARDS (no prior dance experience needed). The dynamic moving meditations, the GUIDED visualisations and the chakra resonant music activates your JOURNEY and connects you to a higher frequency. This AWAKENED energy within you releases old beliefs and traumas as you dance to RECLAIM this wisdom that lies within YOU. You become the dancing being of LIGHT yourself!
