A moving meditation is a great way to shift, release and rejuvenate energy. You do not require any previous experience with meditation, dance or art. We simply connect within through movement. Each element is guided, but ultimately you decide your expression.

Dancing is one of the oldest forms of self-healing and has been used for millennia. Chakradance uses music designed to resonate with the frequency of each chakra. Complimented by guided imagery, during your dance you may have a sense of a waking dream. You may receive healing, expression, memories or insights relevant to the specific chakra. By connecting within you are able to release and reinvigorate energy, to balance each chakra.

I will create and hold a safe and sacred space for you to explore your instincts, creativity, sensuality and intuition. Creating an opportunity gain clarity around your sense of power, your unique expression in the world and your connection to your Soul.

In our Chakradance Awakening series, we journey deep into one chakra per month. Each class is a moving meditation, followed by mandala artwork and sharing circle (optional). Each month I will provide you with 2 pages of information (which includes background information, self-evaluation, meditation, crystals, oils, etc).
