Full Moon - Chakradance with Meagan Waithe

We know that Full Moon is a time of heightened energy. Hence a moving meditation is a great way to shift, release and rejuvenate energy.
Dancing is one of the oldest forms of self-healing its been used for millennia. With Chakradance, the music is designed to resonate with the frequency of each chakra. Complimented by guided imagery, during your dance you may have a sense of a waking dream. During this time you may receive healing, expression, memories or insights relevant to the specific chakra. By connecting within you are able to release and reinvigorate energy, to balance each chakra.
Meagan Waithe creates and holds a safe and sacred space for you to explore your instincts, creativity, sensuality and intuition. Creating an opportunity gain clarity around your sense of power, your unique expression in the world and your connection to Spirit.
In our Chakradance Awakening series, we journey deep into one chakra per month. Each class is a moving meditation, followed by mandala artwork and sharing circle (optional). Each month Meagan Waithe will provide you with 2 pages of information (which includes background information, self-evaluation, meditation, crystals, oils, etc). As well as weekly details including additional meditation, affirmations and archetypal energy, giving you time to delve deeply.
You do not need any meditation, dance or drawing experience.

The introductory price for this cycle is $25 (normally $35) per class, for non-members of Red Tent and $20 for members of Red Tent - in gratitude to Ipswich Red Tent for co-hosting events.

This class will be strictly limited to 15 women so please reserve seats by purchasing tickets early to avoid disappointment. Please look for the coloured lights near the entrance.
This event is being co-hosted with Ipswich Red Tent on behalf of Red Tent Australia. We welcome anyone who identifies as female and is over the age of 18. We want you to be comfortable and cosy. Please wear comfy clothing and remember to bring a yoga matt, cushion, blanket/shawl and a plate to share.
