Challenges & Changes - workshop with Bronwyn Frazer
Event description
Challenges and changes: Riding life’s waves like a pro surfer
Challenges and change aren’t always easy, but they are part of life. We can’t always avoid or control them, but we can manage our responses and reactions.
This allows us to feel more flexible and empowered as we move through the challenge.
Learning to reframe challenges and change is demonstrated to have important benefits for our mental, physical, and emotional health.
Note: This workshop is not to be used for emotional dumping. If you think this might be you, please see a counsellor or psychologist to discuss your situation in private.
What will I learn?
During this workshop you will learn simple and practical techniques to help you manage your energy during challenges and change.
Who will benefit from attending?
Anyone interested in self-development, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Suitable for anyone aged 18+.
