Welcome to Sunrise Sisterhood,

Step into a magical morning every Tuesday 5am START with Sunrise Sisterhood at Chambers Island.

Each week, a dedicated facilitator guides us through a transformative session, featuring yoga, pilates, meditation, breath work, qigong, dance, and more.

This gathering is designed to unite women on the Sunshine Coast, fostering connection, collaboration, and co-creation. Here, you can express yourself freely or simply just BE.

Let’s show some love for our instructors and the early risers heading to work after our event and arrive 5 to 10 minutes before we kick off. We start at 5am on the dot!

Please bring along, a towel and/or yoga mat, water bottle and swimmers as it is warming up. (please note the yoga mats do get sandy so I would suggest NOT brining a good yoga mat along)

Coffee and Connection - eIf you aren't in a rush to get to work, BYO yourself a warm cup of cacao or coffee for a quick catch up afterwards on the beach.

Location: Chambers Island - Bradman Avenue, Walk Across the Bridge over the Maroochy River opposite Thomas Street.

There are a few parking spots near the bridge on Bradman, but these are limited so you may need to head down Thomas St to Broadwater Ave and surrounding streets to find a spot.

WET WEATHER PLAN

In the event of wet weather, we have the allocated access to the Hall at Chambers Island so the session will go ahead unless Severe Weather.
