The Royal Richmond's first Masterclass of the year is something truly exciting.Â
Justin Walters, Director of Cuttings Wines will be presenting a wonderful line up of Australian Sparkling wines featuring Delamere Cuvée Brut from Tasmania, Four Winds Sparkling from Tumbarumba in NSW and the highly awarded Swift Cuvée Brut produced by Printhie Wines in Orange.Â
From Australia we ramp it up a notch with a selection of Champagne from Laurent-Perrier founded in 1812. We will be looking (and more importantly tasting) three distinct cuvée from the independent family Champagne house that was founded in 1812. A rare opportunity to discover the 'La Cuvée' Brut, 2012 'Millésime' Brut and the Cuvée Rose.
To accompany these liquid treats, Jo Ward and The Royal kitchen team will be leaning on their Francophile training to create a selection of Champagne friendly snacks using the best produce the Hawkesbury has to offer
