Tasting Lineup & Pairings

1. Nicolas Feuillatte Exclusive Reserve Brut - $56.00

Aged for four years in the cellars, this classic Brut offers crisp aromas of juicy pear, white peach, yellow apple, and subtle brioche notes. Bright acidity and fine, energetic bubbles deliver a vibrant, refreshing palate.

Paired with Marky's Siberian Sturgeon Imperial — Known for its firm, medium-sized dark pearls, clean briny snap, and rich, nutty finish that cuts beautifully through the Champagne's crisp fruit and acidity.

2. Nicolas Feuillatte Exclusive Reserve Brut Rosé - $68.00

Bursting with vibrant red berry aromas—wild strawberry, raspberry, and red currant—intertwined with subtle floral hints. Velvety, elegant, and finely balanced with a long, fruit-forward finish.

Paired with Marky's Osetra Royal Amber — Featuring medium-to-large amber pearls with a silky texture and complex, buttery, slightly fruity taste profile that pairs seamlessly with the red fruit nuances of the Rosé.

3. Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d'Or Gold Edition - $235.00

The crown jewel of the Nicolas Feuillatte house, presented in its iconic dimpled bottle. Sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards and aged for over a decade, this prestige cuvée displays complex layers of toasted brioche, candied citrus, dried apricot, honeyed almond, and deep chalky minerality.

Paried with Marky's Kaluga Hybrid — Often called "River Beluga," these large, glossy amber-gold pearls deliver a rich, creamy texture and a decadent, smooth, buttery flavor that lingers alongside the grand complexity of the Palmes d'Or.
