Join us at The Drawing Room for an unforgettable evening as we welcome the renowned Kyla Kirkpatrick, The Champagne Dame, for an exclusive champagne masterclass.

Kyla Kirkpatrick is one of Australia’s most renowned champagne experts, founder of Emperor Champagne and a celebrated authority in the world of bubbles. She left a career in finance for a one-way ticket to Paris, immersed herself in the Champagne region, and never looked back. Now an official ambassador for the Champagne region and the only qualified female cognac master in the Southern Hemisphere, Kyla hosts the most decadent champagne experiences, blending history, gastronomy, and oenology into an evening like no other.

Kyla will guide you through a curated tasting of five exceptional champagnes, with a focus on grower producers. The passionate, small-scale vignerons who grow their own grapes and craft their own cuvées, offering a more intimate and authentic expression of the Champagne region. It’s a side of the world’s most celebrated sparkling wine that many never get to explore, and Kyla is one of Australia’s most passionate advocates for bringing these hidden gems to the glass.

Each champagne has been thoughtfully paired with dishes crafted by our chefs, creating a seamless journey of flavour from the first pour to the last bite. Whether you’re a seasoned champagne enthusiast or simply love a beautiful glass of bubbles, this is an evening of discovery, indulgence, and wonderful company.

Your ticket includes:

• Expert-guided tasting with renowned sommelier Kyla Kirkpatrick

• Five premium champagnes

• Chef-matched food pairings

Additional drinks will be available to purchase from the bar throughout the evening, so settle in and make a night of it.
