Creating Organisations: Painfree Change

Organisational change and growth does not have to be difficult and painful to both people and the organisation. Change can be a positive experience with both people and the organisation benefiting from the process.

How many times have you sat through a restructure worrying about what will happen to you, your position or your staff. These type of exercises can be incredibly damaging to organisations and their most valued resource- their staff. 

This workshop provides an introduction to change management approaches based on identifying the positive strengths of the organisation and how to maximise this positive core of the organisation to create an organisation best positioned for the future.

The workshop applies learnings from both Appreciative Inquiry and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) to facilitate change.
