BUILD A FOUNDATION IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT THROUGH AN INTERACTIVE PROGRAM WITH A PEER SUPPORT NETWORK AND MENTORING.

If you have started recently in a change management role, looking to get into change management, or just improving your change skills, this course may be for you. Rethink Change is a trusted community organisation offering many learning opportunities, including webinars, conferences, masterclasses, and training.

WHY YOU SHOULD DO THIS COURSE:

Change Management Fundamentals is a contemporary course where you will review ‘best practice’, the latest research, and case studies, whilst working through these concepts with a network of peers.

Participants bring with them a change initiative that they are currently involved with and develop an action plan during the program. Post the face-to-face sessions, there are three follow-up coaching sessions (a one-on-one, 30 minute online coaching session with the facilitator and two, one-hour online group coaching sessions). The follow up session with the facilitator focuses on developing a personal development plan for accelerating your change capability.

With Rethink Change’s extended network, you will be placed with an experienced change practitioner to act as a mentor and further embed the learnings (note: it is up to the attendee to manage the mentor relationship after placement).

The program will provide you with updated skills and a toolkit to help in your own career pathway that you can apply back at your organisation straight away.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • Change practitioners – change managers, change analysts, communication managers, learning & development specialists
  • Project professionals - business analysts, project managers, agile coaches, PMO specialists, IT project professionals
  • Managers and leaders - product owners, managers supporting their teams going through change, HR business partners
