5. Communication During Change

Planning clear and consistent messages, communicating uncertainty, listening to concerns and maintaining professional relationships during transitions.

6. Managing Resistance to Change

Understanding why resistance occurs and using practical approaches to address concerns, encourage participation and support progress.

7. Leading Change Successfully

Exploring the role of leaders in supporting change, guiding teams, reinforcing new ways of working and maintaining focus during implementation.

8. Toolkit – Change Action Planning
