Orientation for change: Start your journey with us as we learn to identify and understand different kinds of problems. In this phase, we focus on building awareness of self, others and community, and grasping the basic principles of making effective changes in your community.

Fresh perspective: In this phase, we will look at things differently and learn from new sources to better understand your everyday challenges. It's all about getting to appreciate the complexities of the problems we face and letting go of the expectation to find blanket solutions.

Learning to change: This phase is about trying new ideas in a safe way to see what works best. It's a hands-on stage where you'll get to improve your plans and really start making a difference in our community.

Growing change: Here, we will focus on expanding your ideas for a bigger effect. You will learn how to share your thoughts in a way that inspires and connects with more people, helping your actions have a larger impact.

Central to our workshop is the concept of reflective practice, emphasising the importance of personal growth alongside community development. You will have the opportunity to explore your own strengths, biases, and areas for development, aligning your personal journey with your community-focused goals.
