Join us to celebrate the 2026 Changemakers Community Leaders Program and the emerging leaders helping to shape the future of Tasmania’s community services industry.

This special graduation and networking event brings together Changemakers participants, mentors, program contributors, alumni and leaders from across the community services industry to recognise the achievements of this year’s cohort and celebrate their leadership journey.

Over the course of the program, participants have explored their own leadership, strengthened their skills and confidence, built new connections and tackled some of the complex challenges facing our industry and communities.

Changemakers participants, mentors, alumni, program supporters and members of Tasmania’s community services industry are warmly invited to attend at no cost.

Established in 1961, our Purpose is together, we challenge and change the systems, behaviours and attitudes that create poverty, inequality and exclusion to ensure all Tasmanians have equal opportunity to live a good life.

TasCOSS represents the interests of our members and their service users to government, regulators, the media and the public. Through our advocacy and policy development, we draw attention to the causes of poverty and disadvantage, and promote the adoption of effective solutions to address these issues.

As the peak body for the community services industry in the state, our diverse and valued member organisations are central to our work. Our membership includes individuals and organisations active in the provision of community services to Tasmanians on low incomes or living in vulnerable circumstances.
