Join us for an engaging and informative session designed for active older adults who want to maintain mobility, strength, and independence. This talk will explore how exercise can support healthy aging, prevent injuries, and enhance physical performance for those aged 60 and over.

 

Led by a qualified physiotherapist, the session will cover:

  • Safe and effective exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Tips for preventing falls and managing joint pain

Whether you're a regular walker, a keen gardener, or just looking to stay active and pain-free, this session will provide practical advice and inspiration to help you move with confidence.

This information session for older people is part of Kingborough Council's Positive Ageing Program.
Doors open at 10:45 AM. The talk will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and will allow time for general questions.
