Are you wanting to find your Calm amongst the Chaos?

Join us for a FREE family-friendly event with our amazing sponsor The Psych Professionals. 

When life feels like it’s coming at you from every angle, it can be hard to find space for yourself while also showing up for your kids. Come and have a chat with The Psych Professionals team about all things parenting, self-care and managing overwhelm.

This event is open to ALL mums, no matter what stage you are in. There is section next to our table for the little ones to play with toys, colouring etc to keep them entertained so you can sip your coffee hot.
