King's College Chapel
Auckland, New Zealand
Add to calendar

Thu, 26 Jun, 6pm - 9pm NZST

Event description

Join us to celebrate the King's College Memorial Chapel in its centenary year. An evening of music, shared memories, connection and community in support of our beloved Chapel.

The evening begins with an organ and choir recital in the Chapel, followed by a short service with Reverend Gareth Walters. We’ll then move to the Dining Hall for dinner, where we’ll share stories and hear about the Chapel’s role over the decades, including an interview with some of our Old Collegians who represent different aspects of the College’s long and illustrious history.

You’re also invited to join in singing the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah, a cherished tradition for many King’s students. A rehearsal will be held from 5.00–6.00pm for anyone who wishes to participate.
