Charged Up Tourism: Boosting Your Business with EV Chargers

Join us for a practical 1.5-hour workshop designed to empower tourism and hospitality operators with the knowledge and confidence to invest in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.  This session will unpack the strong business case for installing destination charging, address common myths that surround electric vehicle tourism, and offers a clear introduction to EV chargers and how they work.

Led by industry experts and supported by the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania (TICT), the workshop will explore how EV chargers can enhance your tourism offering, attract new guests, and generate additional revenue.

Workshop highlights

  • Myth-busting session
  • Case studies from leading Tasmanian tourism operators,
  • Insight into the economic benefits of EV chargers,
  • How to market your EV charger and attract new customers,
  • Update you on upcoming grant opportunities to subsidise EV chargers

Whether you're ready to install a charger or simply want to learn more, this workshop will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and support to get you started.

Wine served on arrival, accompanied with shared food platters; we look forward to seeing you there.
