Charity Champions
Event description
The Seahorse Foundation will host its inaugural event - the Charity Champions Breakfast, proudly supported by Smile for a Child Foundation, Tewantin Noosa Lions Club and Noosa Surf Club.
This event will celebrate World Inclusion Day and also aims to raise $50k in support of two Noosa families needing wheelchair accessible vehicles.  We also aim to showcase the initiatives to increase inclusion, equity and accessibility in beach and surf lifesaving environments
Hosted by Cr Amelia Lorentson, the event will start at 7am sharp (doors open 6.45am). Breakfast will be provided by Noosa Surf Club and we will hear from guest speakers including local Robbie Funk, SLSQ CEO David Whimpey and Rachael Wynberg who joins us from Cairns SLSC.
Daisy 9, and Ramsay, 3 are two local children born with rare genetic conditions. Daisy and Ramsay rely on wheelchairs for community access, and we are raising funds to help purchase new vans that will be able to be modified by the NDIS. Help us reach our target of $50k by purchasing a breakfast ticket, a raffle ticket or donating via the Get Tickets link on this page.
Tickets include breakfast, guest speakers and raffles. Doors open at 6.30am for 7am start.
If you are unable to attend but would like to donate, please follow the GET TICKETS link and scroll down to the donation button.
