Jessica Hill | Bio

Jessica Hill has spent the last 20+ years helping people love where they work, whether through building inclusive cultures, supporting leaders, strengthening teams or making HR feel a little less… HR-y. She is all about real conversations, big ideas and creating workplaces where people genuinely thrive, with wellbeing, connection and sustainable performance at the centre.

Her career has spanned senior People & Culture, organisational development, coaching and leadership roles across organisations including CHOICE, SANE, Landcom and Independent Community Living Australia. Today, as Chief People Officer at The Y NSW, Jessica leads people strategy, culture, leadership development, employee experience, inclusion and wellbeing across a large, values-led workforce.

Jessica is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Her own strengths, Individualisation, Arranger, Ideation, Relator and Responsibility, shape how she works: seeing the potential in people, connecting ideas, building trust and turning possibility into practical action. She is particularly interested in how strengths-based leadership, psychological safety and everyday wellbeing practices can help people feel more connected, capable and supported at work.
