Our Mission: Empowering Change through Connecting Leaders & Enriching Charities

Network, Learn, Inspire: A Must-Attend Event for Charity Leaders

Join us for a one-of-a-kind networking event designed to bring together local charity leaders and staff from across the Gold Coast & Tweed, NSW. This unique event is a wonderful opportunity for charity professionals to network, share insights, and learn new strategies for their work.

    On the night, you will:

    - Engage with fellow charity leaders and staff from diverse organisations.

    - Listen to and interact with Pip Bagnall, an expert in the field of not-for-profit operations.

    - Gain valuable insights on industry trends and innovations.

    - Learn new strategies to increase your organisation's impact.

    - Network over refreshments.

At Process Revolution we empower change through connecting leaders and enriching charities. We understand the struggle that not-for-profits face on a daily basis, especially those who provide vital services to our local community. Our goal is to start conversations and support the industry with a focus on improving funding opportunities and ensuring internal business processes and systems are effective and streamlined.

There are several major challenges that charity organisations are facing:

    1. Fundraising: The current cost of living crisis is having a significant impact on donations to charities. Individuals, companies, and governments may have less disposable income to donate.

    2. Shift to Digital: As more activities move online, charities have to quickly adapt their operations. This could be in terms of how they provide services, engage with donors, or conduct fundraising activities. Not all charities have the resources or expertise to manage this transition smoothly.

    3. Volunteer Shortage: Charities are also experiencing a shortage of volunteers, as people are either unable or unwilling to participate in in-person volunteering activities. This can limit the services that charities are able to provide.

    4. Regulatory Compliance: Compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements can be complex and time-consuming, especially for smaller charities with fewer resources.

    5. Sustainability: Ensuring financial sustainability in the long term is a significant challenge. This involves diversifying funding sources and developing innovative fundraising strategies.

    6. Transparency and Accountability: The public is increasingly demanding greater transparency and accountability from charities about how donations are used and the impact of their work.

    7. Increasing Need: Economic instability, health crises, climate change, and social inequities have led to increasing demand for the services of charities. Meeting this demand can be a significant challenge.

    8. Keeping up with Technology Advances: From utilising social media for fundraising to leveraging data analytics for better decision-making, charities need to stay up-to-date with technology advances to increase their reach and effectiveness.
