Fabulous Folk - Charlie and Clare

Hailing from Bridgetown, WAM award nominated songwriter Charlie Youngson is a young, Fremantle based blues-folk artist whose set brings a unique blend of high energy technical guitar work and folky storytelling. From playing at Optus Stadium, to opening for artists including Ash Grunwald, Kim Churchill, Steph Strings, Vika and Linda Bull and more, Charlie's sound has been resonating with audiences across Australia. He is beyond excited to be returning to his hometown for a night of storytelling and guitar magic.

Clare Perrott is an up-and-coming alt-folk singer-songwriter from Perth, Western Australia. A lover of all genres from Americana to Indie Folk, Clare's soft, delicate vocals paired with raw, nylon guitar make everything in life feel craved. In 2026, Perrott played Woodford Folk Festival, The National Folk Festival and won the Emerging Artist Prize at the Nannup Music Festival.
