Connecting with a like minded group of lovely humans we will move through a range of activities, snack on healthy treats + have a day of pampering inside + out.

You will leave with a lifetime toolkit of wellbeing habits + a goodie bag too.

This is a fully supervised event so drop off + pick up only required.
