Chasing Home: A Journey of Resilience – Story Week 2024
Event description
CHASING HOME: A JOURNEY OF RESILIENCE
Story Week: Common-Unity
The world is in turmoil, and the news reminds us of the pain and displacement that so many experience. "Chasing Home" is more than just an event – it's a journey into the heart of what makes a home.
This powerful conversation will explore the stories of migrants and refugees who are forced to leave their homes behind and seek a new place to belong. We’ll be joined by poets and writers who will share their own experiences and insights, shining a light on what makes a home and what it means to be displaced.
Join us as we delve into the complexities of displacement, resilience, and the enduring human search for belonging.
Performance, panel and conversation – stay for the whole session or feel welcome to drop-in.
