Chasing the Blues

Event description

THE CHIEFTAIN presents:

Chasing the Blues

SATURDAY 26 OCTOBER - Doors Open from 6pm

Kerry B Ryan is one of Australia’s great blues guitarists, vocalists, songwriters and recording musicians. Frequently described as a must-see artist for true blues lovers, Kerry brings authenticity, talent and a wealth of experience to the stage along with Mark Constable, front man from the Push Rods and John Wilson. Both Constable and Wilson are well-known and seasoned blues musicians in their own right with many years of performing with the best - to their credit.

Tonight, Kerry B Ryan returns for an intimate evening of traditional-style Blues with Mark Constable and Johnny Wilson. Expect classics from Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee, Muddy Waters, BB King, T Bone Walker, Lead Belly, Robert Johnson and more founding fathers of the Blues!

Kerry B Ryan – vocals, guitar and resonator guitar slide

Mark Constable – Harmonica and vocals

Johnny Wilson – Bass guitar

If you love truly authentic, from-the-heart blues music, don’t miss Kerry B Ryan
