To celebrate the achievements of our 2023 and 2024 NZ Barista Champions, we invite you to learn about their passion and tips and to promote the 2025 NZ Championships.

We are proud to present the second round of Chat with the Champs for 2024 with the Barista Champion from 2023, Honoka Kawashima, and Max Cui, Aotearoa Barista Champion 2024, and their coach, Logan Collinge.

You’re invited to listen to our Champions with insider knowledge on their journeys and valuable information on how that applies to the cafe floor and upcoming Regionals.

Whether you’re in the specialty coffee industry or not, this special event is targeted at everyone, regardless of skill or knowledge, and for those interested in competing at the Regionals in 2025! You'll have the opportunity to ask them questions.
