• What happens during the workshop?

  Kids will become a Chatime T-Rista for the day! They’ll learn how to mix, measure and shake their own Fruity Tea with their choice of mix-ins, all the Chatime way. At the end of the workshop, they’ll enjoy their very own drink and receive a special gift to take home.

  We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your booked session so we can check everyone in and get started on time.

• Can I book more than one child?

  
  Absolutely. You can book multiple children in the same transaction, subject to availability. Simply select the number of tickets you need when booking. Siblings and friends are very welcome to join the same workshop. Just make sure you book everyone into the same session time. If a session doesn’t have enough remaining places for your group, please choose another available session.

• Why do I need to complete a consent form?

  
  As this is a hands-on activity for children, a parent or guardian will need to provide consent for their child to participate. The form also helps us collect any important information we need to know before the workshop. It’s simply there to help us run the activity safely and smoothly.

• Does a parent or guardian need to stay?

  
  Yes. A parent or responsible guardian should remain nearby and available throughout the 30-minute workshop. You’re very welcome to watch your little T-Rista in action!

• What age is the workshop suitable for?

  The workshop is designed for primary school-aged children who can comfortably follow simple instructions and participate in a hands-on group activity. Younger children may need a little extra help from their parent or guardian.

• What if my child has allergies or dietary requirements?

  
  Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. The workshop uses Chatime ingredients and is held in an environment where other ingredients and allergens may be handled. Our team can provide ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• What will my child receive?

  
  Each child will enjoy the Fruity Tea they create during the workshop and receive a special Chatime gift to take home.

• What happens if our preferred session is sold out?

  
  Choose another available session or join the waitlist if available. With only 15 children in each workshop, some session times may fill quickly.

• Can parents order drinks while the kids are doing the workshop?

  
  Definitely! Chatime Bankstown Central will be open as usual during the event. We’ll also have a special family offer available on the day for parents and carers attending the workshop.

• What if we can no longer attend?

  
  We understand plans can change. If your child can no longer attend, cancellations made at least one day before the workshop are eligible for a refund. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the place to another family. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
