Chats for the Goals: Draw from the Heart
Description
Join us for a reflective and creative experience that invites participants to reconnect with the natural world through art, storytelling, and conversation. Inspired by the concept of planetary empathy, this interactive workshop explores how our personal connections with nature can deepen our sense of care for people, places, and the planet.
Participants will be invited to reflect on images of meaningful natural places and create a simple drawing or mandala inspired by a landscape, memory, or environment that resonates with them. No artistic experience is required. Through guided reflection and optional sharing, participants will explore questions about care, belonging, wellbeing, and our collective responsibility for a sustainable future.
This welcoming activity offers a moment of Health and Wellbeing during Global Goals Month, encouraging connection, creativity, and reflection on how small personal actions contribute to broader planetary health and sustainability goals.
Format: Interactive creative workshop
No artistic skills required. All materials provided
