Proposed Residential Development at Chatswood Chase - Drop-in Information Sessions
Description
Vicinity Centres is preparing a State Significant Development Application (12-14 Malvern Avenue, 5-7 Havilah Street and 345 Victoria Avenue) to be assessed by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. The proposal seeks consent for the redevelopment of the site as a vibrant residential development in the heart of Chatswood’s CBD precinct adjacent the Chatswood Chase shopping Centre.
Community drop-in sessions are an opportunity for the community to learn about the proposal, meet the project team, ask questions and provide feedback.
Two sessions are available:
Tuesday 4 August, 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Saturday 8 August, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The sessions are held at Level 1, 5-7 Havilah Street Chatswood.
Please use the stairs from the street level or follow the signs to the lift and go up to level 1.
