CHCSA Leadership Series - Governance
Event description
The Community Housing Council of South Australia has developed the Leadership Workshop Series to harness the talents of leaders within sector to shape the future of the community housing sector, to build capacity and again raise the bar.
This workshop is on the topic of Governance, facilitated by Matt Clemow, Director, Social Policy Solutions.
Covering, but not limited to:
- The Master Agreement;
- The role of community housing provider boards;
- Policy delivery capacity.
The workshops aim to foster a spirit of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the sector by recognising that all parts of the sector and external industry experts have a valuable contribution to make to policy and industry development.
