Come along and get some great tips for cheap, easy and delicious meals in this practical event.

Facilitated by dietitian Megan Copland, tickets are $8 and this includes your dinner on the night.

The event is hands-on in the kitchen. Participants will create a few different cheap and easy meals (vegetarian and meat dishes, DF & GF options). Then we will all sit down and sample them together. Participants can also share their favourite go-to meal ideas (if they have some) so everyone goes away feeling inspired with lots of new, affordable, dinner ideas.
