A free 4-week cooking and education program, run by Dieticians from Western Health.

  • Learn and practice some healthy recipes.

  • Budgeting tips and tricks for affordable and delicious meals and shopping.

  • Food to share together, or take home.

This is a four-week cooking workshop held weekly from 10.30am - 12.30pm. The dates this workshop will run are:

  • Thursday 15th October

  • Thursday 22nd October

  • Thursday 29th October

  • Thursday 5th November

It is expected that you attend all four workshops.
