Strong bodies start with strong minds. Join Butterfly B Training at Code 5 Brookvale for Check-In & Chill, a relaxed evening designed to bring our community together to connect, learn, and support mental wellbeing.

This isn’t your typical cookie-cutter event where we stick up posters and hand out cupcakes. It’s about real conversations, genuine connection, and practical tools to support yourself and others.

What to expect:

Welcome and mindfulness warm-up (no burpees, pure mindfulness)
Key talk + Q&A with Bianca Kellie, Founder, Trainer and Facilitator of Butterfly B Training
Social time after with light nibbles and drinks to check in with one another
Fundraising raffle and prizes to support R U OK?
