Join the Southwest Regional Cheer and Dance League for some fun workshops this October!

Participants will meet our cheerleaders, learn fun cheer and dance drills as well as a high energy cheer routine (with pom poms!)

These workshops are lead by our head cheer coach and choreographer, Angela Zan!

Junior Cheer Workshop

Suitable for students in school years Pre-Primary - Year 2

Intermediate Cheer Workshop

Suitable for students in school years 3 -4

Pre-Teen Cheer Workshop

Suitable for students in school years 5-6

Teen/Senior Cheer Workshop

Suitable for students in High School

3:30 - 5 pm

Adult/18 + Cheer Workshop

Suitable for 18 years +
