Solstice Yoga, Sound Vibration Journey, and Summer Sips

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with movement, sound vibration, and a toast to the longest day of the year!

Join us for Cheers to the Light, and uplifting yoga and sound journey experience at Elder Pine Brewing.

We will begin with a gentle, all levels yoga flow to awaken the body and align with the vibrant energy of the sun. Then, sink into deep stillness among the grove of pine trees as you're bathed in soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, drum, and more, designed to restore and recharge.

After the practice, stay to mingle and connect with others, enjoy a refreshing drink, bask in the last rays of the longest day in the serene and beautiful setting of Elder Pine.

5:30-6:30pm yoga on the patio

7-8:00pm sound journey in the pine grove
