Cheese Making Workshop - Southern Downs QLD

THIS  IS A GREAT WAY TO START YOUR CHEESE-MAKING ADVENTURES.

Spend a day with Valerie Pearson, author of Home Cheese Making in Australia, and learn to make great cheese in an ordinary kitchen with your own everyday kitchen utensils.

LEARN TO MAKE RICOTTA, FETA, AND MOZZARELLA IN THIS HALF-DAY BEGINNER'S CLASS.

Please bring three small plastic containers, as you get to take some home, too.

DESCRIPTION

Classes start promptly at 10:00 am and run up to 5 hours in duration, depending on how much fun everyone is having.

Each class will cover cheesemaking basics and techniques, including hands-on steps, sampling, and discussing cheese history, types, and more.

Class numbers are limited to ensure that everyone gets to have a hands-on experience.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following refund calculation policy carefully.

Refund Policy Overview:

1. No Refund Without Prior Notice: A refund will only be considered if a cancellation request is submitted with a minimum of 7 days notice before the scheduled event or service.
2. Refund Calculation: If a cancellation is made within the specified 7-day window, a refund will be processed based on the following calculation:
   • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than seven days before the scheduled event or service.
   • No Refund: If the cancellation is made within seven days or less of the scheduled event or service.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please get in touch with Valerie at author@valeriepearson.com.au

 Requests must be made in writing and include the following information:

• Your full name
• Date and details of the event or service
• Reason for cancellation

Refund Processing:

1. Full Refund: If eligible for a full refund, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within three business days.
2. No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled event or service, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable situations, the organiser may consider refund requests made within the 7 day window. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made at the organiser's discretion.
