A study in cheese and pairing.

A good cheese board is about knowing what belongs together.

Join us in a hands-on class exploring the pleasure and principles of cheese pairing. Just in time for the Holidays. We’ll taste several cheeses on their own, then try them with different flavors and textures. You’ll learn what affects a pairing, why some combinations sing and others fall flat, and how to choose when creating a board of your own.

You’ll have plenty of time to taste, experiment and build your own pairings, including a few combinations you may not expect. Two class times are available. Please select the time you plan to attend, as we prepare specifically for each session.

Three hours around the table, with excellent cheese, good conversation and plenty to discover.
